All the seven sets of 2200 Vertical Water Hydraulic Vulcanizing Boiler produced by our company for Xuzhou Armour Rubber Company Ltd have been completed and delivered.

The 30.00R51 Tyre Segment Mould that we developed and produced for Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd. was completed and delivered.

Our company developed and produced 1 set of 85” steamer type engineering tyre water hydraulic vulcanizing machine and matching engineering tyre mould 26.5-25 and tyre building drum 26.5-25 for Sichuan Tire & Rubber Group. Now the85” Tyre Vulcanizing Machine and matching mould has been installed and the trial operation is successful! The first engineering tyre made with this 85” Tyre Vulcanizing Machine was off the assembly line! This is currently the largest tyre produced by Sichuan Tire & Rubber Group.

2200 Vertical Hydraulic Vulcanizing Boiler Started to be Delivered

The 2200 Vertical Water Hydraulic Vulcanizing Boiler produced by our company for Xuzhou Armour Rubber Company Ltd have begun to be delivered.

In July 2020, our company participated in the bidding for 7 sets of 2200 Vertical Water Hydraulic Vulcanizing Boiler of Xuzhou Armour Rubber Company Ltd and successfully won the bid with advanced technology, competitive prices and years of production experience. The first batch of 3 vulcanizing boilers have been completed and are now being delivered.

The 85" Steamer Type Water Hydraulic Tire Vulcanizing Machine for engineering tires developed and produced by our company for Sichuan Tire & Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuan Rubber") is all shipped today.

The 53/80R63 Tyre Segment Mould that we developed and produced for Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd. was completed and delivered.



Since cooperating in 2011, our company has designed and manufactured 12sets of radial tyre segment moulds for Fujian Hai'an Rubber Co., Ltd., including 1 set of 27.00R49 tyre segment mould, 5 sets of 40.00R57 tyre segment mould, 2 sets of 46/90R57 tyre segment mould, 2 sets of 50/80R57 tyre segment mould, 2 sets of 53/80R63 tyre segment mould.

Our company specializes in the production of tyre vulcanizing machine, tyre building drum and tyre mould. In particular, the all-steel giant tyre hydraulic shaper-vulcanizer produced by our company have been put into use in many tyre manufacturers, and have been well received by customers.

The second lot of gap-shied type tire building drums that are designed and manufactured by our company for Indian customers – MT, have all been completed and passed inspection, and transported to the seaport today. The ship will sail on about Jun. 17th, 2020.

In the second half of 2019, our company developed and produced 1 set of 145” tyre vulcanizing machine and matching segment mould for Fujian Haian Rubber Co. Ltd.. Now the 145” Tyre Vulcanizing Machine and matching segment mould has been installed and the trial operation is successful! The first 27.00R49 giant engineering redial tyre made with this 145” Tyre Vulcanizing Machine was off the assembly line!

In the second half of 2019, our company developed and produced 2 sets of 170” tire vulcanizing machine for Aeolus AEOLUS Tyre Co. Ltd.. Now the first 170” Tire Vulcanizing Machine has been installed and the trial operation is successful! The first 27.00R49 giant engineering redial tire made with this 170” Tire Vulcanizing Machine was off the assembly line!

The 8 sets of tire building drums designed and manufactured by our company for Indian customers – ATG have all been completed and tested, and are shipped today.

The tire building drums manufactured by our company are welcomed by domestic and foreign customers with new design and new technology.

Trial operation of our company new produced 185 inch all steel giant vulcanizer is successful!

This tire vulcanizing machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tyre. Using this vulcanizer, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including install embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.

BELSHINA is so interested in the All Steel Giant Tyre Vulcanizer and Segment Mould which are produced by our factory and flied from the Republic of Belarus to Qingdao China to visit our factory. They visit our manufacturing shop, assembly shop successively. Our factory demonstrated our newly produced vulcanizer. They are very satisfied with demonstration result. They have the intention to start a long cooperation with our factory.

Our company designed and manufactured the tyre post cure inflation devices for the client from Sri Lanka. There are 4 station tyre inflation device, 5 station tyre inflation device, 6 station tyre inflation device, 7 station tyre inflation device and 8 station tyre inflation device. Now all the devices have been completely produced and passed inspection. Today, they are delivered. This time, the Sri Lanka client wanted 7 sets of tyre post cure inflation devices. Our company designed and manufactured 4,5,6,7,8 station tyre inflation devices, totally 5 sizes and 7 sets. From design to manufacture, it took only two months. Sri Lanka client is very satisfied with these devices.

Our company took part in The 12th China International Tire & Wheel (Qingdao) Fair and achieved fruitful results.
