Successfully Delivery of the Gap-Shield Tire Building Drums for India

The second lot of gap-shied type tire building drums that are designed and manufactured by our company for Indian customers – MT, have all been completed and passed inspection, and transported to the seaport today. The ship will sail on about Jun. 17th, 2020. 

According to the requirements of customers, we design and manufacture 4/6/8/10/12 segments collapsible tire building drum, which is used to produce bias tires, bias engineering tires, and agricultural radial tires of different sizes from 8 inch up to 63 inch. Customers can choose to customize the tire building drum of Spacer type and Gap-Shield type. Especially, the 6 segment drum that we design and manufacture has a triangular structure, from which workers are very easy to remove the tires.
