[Machine Applications]

This machine is applicable to vulcanize rubber engineering tire(OTR).The production process of rubber tire from uncured green tire can be realized on the machine,including forming,vulcanizing,unloading and so on.The overall process can achieve single machine automatic cycle.

[Mechanism Characteristics]

This machine is single-mould tire vulcanizing machine,the mould is heated by Steam Cabinet,and the center mechanism is BOM.This machine is not equipped with horizontal moving device.Customers can load the green tires and get out of the cured tires by crane.The movement of the components--center mechanism,open and clamp the mould,lock ring,power cylinder and so on,is achieved by the hydraulic unit driving the oil cylinders and can also be achieved by power water driving.The vulcanization pipe system can be customized.

This machine adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD(on screen display),which make it visual,highly reliable,convenient changing process,etc.
