[Machine Characteristics]

[Machine Applications]

This machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tire.Using this vulcanizer,you can achieve the whole process of rubber tire production from uncured rubber raw embryo to a tire,including installing embryos,forming and vulcanizing as well as unloading.The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.

[Mechanism Features]

This machine is adopted gantry moving mechanism,single mould and clamping ring type.The upper mould and beam adopts vertical lift and translation mode.The bladder control mechanism is B type.And this machine is configured with segmented mould driving device.This vulcanizer is adopted programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD(on screen display),which make it visual,highly reliable,convenient change process,etc.
