In the second half of 2019, our company developed and produced 1 set of 145” tyre vulcanizing machine and matching segment mould for Fujian Haian Rubber Co. Ltd.. Now the 145” Tyre Vulcanizing Machine and matching segment mould has been installed and the trial operation is successful! The first 27.00R49 giant engineering redial tyre made with this 145” Tyre Vulcanizing Machine was off the assembly line!

This Tyre Vulcanizing Machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tyres. Using this vulcanizer, you can achieve the whole process of  rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber green tyre to a tyre, such as tyre loading, shaping and vulcanization, tyre unloading, and so on. The whole process can be realized to the single machine automatic cycle.

This Tyre Vulcanizing Machine adopts gantry moving structure, single mould and lock ring type.The top mould and beam adopt ascending and translation mode, and the bladder operating mechanism is type B. And this machine is configured with segment mould driving device. It adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which has the characteristics of intuitiveness, high reliability, and convenient process change.
