In the second half of 2019, our company developed and produced 2 sets of 170” tire vulcanizing machine for Aeolus AEOLUS Tyre Co. Ltd.. Now the first 170” Tire Vulcanizing Machine has been installed and the trial operation is successful! The first 27.00R49 giant engineering redial tire made with this 170” Tire Vulcanizing Machine was off the assembly line!

This Tyre Vulcanizing Machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tires. Using this vulcanizer, you can achieve the whole process of  rubber tire production from unvulcanized rubber green tire to a tire, such as tire loading, shaping and vulcanization, tire unloading, and so on. The whole process can be realized to the single machine automatic cycle.

This Tire Vulcanizing Machine adopts gantry moving structure, single mould and lock ring type.The top mould and beam adopt ascending and translation mode, and the bladder operating mechanism is type B. And this machine is configured with segment mould driving device. It adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which has the characteristics of intuitiveness, high reliability, and convenient process change.
