Our company gets patent(Patent Number: ZL 2012 2 0084489.1)of Giant All-Steel Tire Hydraulic Forming Vulcanizing Machine in our country. Our products of all steel giant tire vulcanizing machines ( 117-212 inch vulcanizer) have been used by many tire plants in our country, the characteristics are as following:
1.Upper Beam movements type: Vertical lift and translation. It adopts imported sliding element. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision.
2.Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically; the clamping force and shaping force can be adjusted.
3.Heating type: Steamer Type. This can improve the quality of vulcanization and reduce the energy consumption.
4.The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.
This tire vulcanizing machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tyre. Using this vulcanizer, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including install embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
